At O2 THERAPY [aka O2Wellness], we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
1. General Returns
Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Condition: All items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Oxygen Cans: Due to safety regulations, oxygen cans cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Beverages: We do not accept returns or refunds on beverages for health and safety reasons.
3. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [o2therapyforyou@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
