1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
